2012 Official Siesta Key Visitor's Guide Ads
| 2012 Official Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce Visitor's Guide and Membership Directory Ad Spaces are Now on Sale!!
The
Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce is the area's primary contact for
individuals relocating to, or vacationing on, Siesta Key and the city of
Sarasota. Annually, SKCC receives tens of thousands of inquiries, and
consequently mails nearly 5,000 copies of the "Siesta Key Visitor's
Guide and Membership Directory" to potential visitors requesting
additional information across the world. It is a priceless opportunity
to get in front of our visitors before they even arrive! In addition
they are distributed locally to visitors and new residents through the
Chamber's Visitor's Center and member businesses. 25,000 copies will be
printed and available to members and the public by this November.
Only
members of the Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce are permitted to
advertise their products and/or services in this target market specific
publication, a niche that cannot be duplicated. For advertising
information, contact Trish Ivey at (941) 914-6671 or by email.

Beach Access 12 Closed for Improvements
| Beach
access 12 is located just south of the intersection of Stickney Point
and Midnight Pass. This entrance to Crescent Beach will be closed to
both pedestrians and motorists for improvements in parking and drainage.
The construction is expected to last about a month and cost an
estimated $100,000.
Plans include a turnaround for cars at the
west end of the lot as well as better drainage for standing water after
rainstorms. The closest Crescent Beach access for pedestrians only is
Point of Rocks. For more information on this article, click here.
